We build AI systems for small and growing companies.
Orche Strategies grew out of an AI training practice. That history is why the third pillar of every engagement is your team running the system after we leave — not an upsell, not an afterthought. Strategy, the working system, and the training to run it, in one engagement.
What we believe
Opinionated on purpose. If a prospect disagrees with most of these, we're not the right partner.
Value comes from systems, not demos.
A prompt that wows in a meeting and a workflow that survives a Tuesday afternoon are different things. We build for Tuesday.
Strategy without implementation is theater.
Roadmaps are cheap. Working systems are not.
Implementation without enablement is debt.
If your team can't run what we built after we leave, we built the wrong thing.
Slop is the new technical debt.
High-volume, low-value AI output is worse than no AI at all. We measure value created, not tokens spent.
The best AI integrates into the tools your team already uses.
Replacing tools is a project. Connecting tools is a multiplier.
Training isn't a deliverable. It's the moment the engagement starts to compound.
We grew out of an AI training practice. The third pillar of every engagement is a direct inheritance, not a marketing construct.
How we work
Three pillars. One engagement. They only make sense together.
Strategy
Where AI makes business sense — and where it doesn't yet.
A short, focused read on your workflows. Use cases worth pursuing. Use cases worth ignoring. Buy/build/wait calls you can act on. Not a 100-page deck.
Implementation
Working software in production. Not a proof-of-concept.
The build phase. Agents, RAG, integrations, workflows — whatever the use case actually needs. Observability, evals, human-in-the-loop, and a kill switch are built in on day one.
Enablement
Your team runs it after we leave.
The handover is a deliverable, not an appendix. Runbook, observability dashboard, eval suite, role-based training. We don't sign off until your team is running the system without us.
Strategy without implementation is theater. Implementation without enablement is debt. Most consulting firms sell two of three. We sell all three on purpose — one contract, one team, one outcome.
What we don't do.
As useful as the list of what we build, sometimes more so.
- Six-month transformation roadmaps as the deliverable
- Staff augmentation — bodies-for-hire isn't the shape
- AI-tools reselling or single-vendor lock-in
- Research projects without a production target
- Chatbot-only, RAG-only, or automation-only narrow builds
The productized thing we also run.
Alongside custom engagements, Orche operates Workplace Agent — a managed AI employee that lives in a client's Slack workspace, configured per channel, run by us. It's the faster first door when a team wants something in their workspace this week and hasn't scoped a custom build yet.
