We collect almost nothing. Here's the almost.
This notice covers orchestrategies.com. Client engagements are governed by their own agreements. Effective August 20, 2026.
Forms. The contact form collects what you type: your name, work email, company, and message, plus any optional fields you fill in. The Workflow & AI Opportunity Assessment asks 5 click-answer questions in your browser. If you send the result, Formspree receives your work email, answer choices, score, and recommended stage. Both forms land in our business inbox.
Email. If you email hello@orchestrategies.com, we have that email. A person reads it.
Scheduling. If you book a call, scheduling runs through Microsoft Bookings, which collects what you enter there under Microsoft's terms.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and shows us aggregate page and event counts (like how many project forms were sent, or how many assessment questionnaires were completed), not individual visitors. Assessment analytics may include the score band and recommended stage, never your email. There are no ad pixels or cross-site trackers on this site, and fonts are served from our own domain.
- Reply to you. That's the main event.
- Send the assessment guide when you request it, and reply with context if you send your result.
- Keep correspondence so we have context if you come back. Ask and we delete it.
- Sell or rent your information.
- Auto-subscribe you to a newsletter or drip sequence.
- Share your details with anyone except the providers named here, who process them on our behalf.
Want to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email hello@orchestrategies.com and we'll do it, usually within a few business days. Ask us to stop contacting you and we stop.
If we change this notice, the new version goes here with a new effective date. Meaningful changes get called out plainly at the top, because burying them would defeat the point.
