What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, message, and an optional capability preference. We also record a source tag (e.g. "platform", "services") based on where you clicked from.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages get traffic. It's cookieless and doesn't track individuals — no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no session recordings.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry. That's it. We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, and we don't add you to a newsletter without asking.

Who sees it

The Orche team. Form submissions are handled through Formspree — their privacy policy applies to the transit and storage of the message. We read submissions, reply by email, and archive them inside our sales tooling.

Client-engagement data

If you become a Workplace Agent or Services client, separate data handling terms apply. Your data is yours: we default to your infrastructure, your model choice, your data residency. 30-day export window on termination. Full terms live in your proposal and master services agreement.

How to reach us about your data

Email hello@orchestrategies.com with the subject line "privacy request" and we'll respond within one business day. We can delete contact-form submissions on request.
