The rules for this site, in plain language.

These terms cover your use of orchestrategies.com. Paid engagements are governed by their own proposal and services agreement, which take precedence over anything here. Effective August 20, 2026.

The terms
  1. 01 Free content is general information. The guides, the Workflow & AI Opportunity Assessment, and everything else you can read here for free is written to be genuinely useful, and it's still general information, written without knowing your systems, data, or contracts. Decisions about your business are yours; if the stakes are high, talk to us or another qualified advisor first.
  2. 02 The referral program. The current shape is on the referrals page. We confirm your exact terms in writing before your first payout, and that written confirmation is what binds. We can change the program for future referrals, never retroactively for intros already made.
  3. 03 Our content stays ours. The writing, design, and materials on this site belong to Orche Strategies. Link to anything, quote with attribution, share freely. Don't republish pages wholesale or pass the work off as your own.
  4. 04 The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and current, and we don't guarantee it's error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from relying on free site content. (Paid work carries real commitments; those live in the engagement agreement.)
  5. 05 Third parties. Forms run on Formspree, scheduling on Microsoft Bookings, and outbound links go places we don't control. Their terms govern their services.
  6. 06 Changes. If these terms change, the new version goes here with a new effective date. Keep using the site and the current version applies.
