An AI employee that lives in your Slack.
Configured channel by channel, each with its own purpose, persona, and workflows. Reads your docs, runs your playbooks, hands work to a human when it should. We're putting the finishing touches on it.
Channel by channel. Each gets its own purpose, persona, and workflows.
#industry-newsIndustry news digest
Scheduled daily digest
A curated feed of industry headlines, trends, and short summaries posted once a day to a dedicated channel. Topic, industry, and source list are all configurable.
#market-researchOn-call research desk
Drop a topic, get a brief
Paste a company, question, or topic in the channel. Get an inline summary with sources; longer reports come back over a secure link. Replaces the "someone Google this for me" ask.
#ask-anythingAsk-anything Q&A
General-purpose team Q&A
A conversational channel where anyone can ask anything. Replaces the "does anyone know…" messages that clog up
#triage-coachSupport triage coach
Ticket drafts, category, risk flags
Paste a ticket or email. Get back a draft reply, a category, and a risk flag. New reps stop writing from scratch; senior reps get their Slack back.
#month-end-closeMonth-end close coordinator
Close-week status, in one channel
A daily status post during close week — what's outstanding, who owns it, what's due today. On-demand status answers. Close week stops being a Slack mess.
#invoice-inboxInvoice inbox
Drop an invoice, get structured data
Drop an invoice image or PDF. Get back structured extraction — vendor, amount, due date, GL code, flags for anything odd. First pass before human review.

You shape the behavior; the agent handles the rest.
- Pretty-print formatting for tables and structured output in Slack
- Session context: working memory within a conversation
- Daily logs: lightweight activity logs across sessions
- Hands work to a human when it should, instead of guessing
- Which channels the agent joins
- Each channel's purpose, persona, and instructions
- Scheduled workflows (daily digests, summaries, check-ins)
- On-demand behaviors and tooling per channel
- What the agent is named (it shows up as a user in Slack)
The short versions. We go deeper on a call.
Isn't this just Slack AI?
Slack AI is a general assistant toggle. Workplace Agent is configured per channel, with its own purpose, persona, and workflows. If you want a toggle inside Slack, Slack AI works. If you want a teammate that runs your month-end close coordination, you want this.
What if we outgrow channel configuration?
Good. That's usually the point where a Services engagement makes sense. A team repeatedly asking for something the agent doesn't do has identified a custom build. We'll scope it separately.
Can we rename the agent?
Yes. The agent shows up as a user in your Slack, so you pick the display name. In our materials (proposals, the website) we call the product Workplace Agent.
What happens to our data?
Yours. Messages the agent sees, files you share with it, the output it produces, all yours.
When does it ship?
Soon. Tell us you're interested and we'll keep you posted, and flag the use cases you'd want first.
Want it in your workspace?
It's not live yet. Tell us you're interested and which channels you'd want first. We'll keep you posted and bring you in early.
